The banana is a fruit that is consumed throughout the year. This fruit, particularly rich in trace elements, is traditionally consumed ripe “yellow”, after having been sent “green” by sea.
The ginger is developed in the Central jungle of Peru, the tropical zone of the country. The cycle for this product starts between September and October. Having the first harvests by July of the following year.
Our lemon is a new crop project, we currently have 120 hectares sown in the northern part of the country. Our crops are projected to December of this year. This project has a completely organic treatment.
Every year, we plant onions for the United States, Europe, and the Peruvian market. The varieties that we handle are Century and Cougar. Our plantings are conventional and Organic. Every year we plant 40 to 50 hectares of onion.
Most of the Peruvian sowing of Paprika is conventional. We can carry out organic paprika projects for the lands we have in the northern part of the country. It is a project that is carried out upon request.
Quinoa is an ancestral grain considered between the Super Foods for its nutrients. It is said that the Incas usually consumed. We currently have Organic and Conventional Quinoa. The largest production in Peru takes place in the Puno region, cared with natural irrigation.
